Bhank,
Like the majority of the human race, you lack the natural aesthetics to be a successful competitive bodybuilder.
However, otherwise you apear to be living a successful, materialistic lifestyle, barring your considerable health issues.

This is some really good advice he could follow. Trouble is, once you are in his mindset and state of mind, it doesn't matter what others say at all.
I still standby my opinion that competing on a stage, as criticised as it is on here, is a great reality check for people who think they are smashing it in the gym.

Agreed - there is NOTHING like that feeling of suddenly realising you're going to stand onstage in your trunks with the whole place literally judging you

The first time actually made me nauseous...  and I'm no soft touch

They said I had a pencil neck
They said I was 195lbs
They said I was 5 foot nothing
They said my arms were small
They said I looked like I just started lifting
They said my arms were full of oil
They said I was narrow
They said I was a bloated mess
They said I was a skinny twink
They said I looked exactly the same
They said I had made no gains
They said I knew nothing
They said I was delusional

To this I say Yeah Buddy

Dude, looky here, nobody has any problems with what you DID.
The problem is your insisting we respect and admire you for it.

C'mon now, you've reposted your pics almost as much as I reposted my Zane pose pic. ;D

The obvious difference is, if someone busts my balls for reposting , I admit it and laugh at myself.

Make up some goofy poem about you got a massive pump , working on your pool deck hahaha.
We'll have a good laugh and think you're a cool dude.

Nothing I wrestled for decades and rolled around on my neck on the matt
You wrestled for decades?  How long did it take you to get through high school?

1. Lean, decent overall muscularity, legs match upper body.

2. Body hair intact to attract "bear lovers" looking for a cute cub bottom LOL

3. Clark Kent glasses with plaid designer briefs don't go with hipster beard .

I'd pose a current shot, but my 49" waist and piss stained briefs, might intimidate everyone posting here.

Nothing I wrestled for decades and rolled around on my neck on the matt

I do neck bridges, front and and back, holding the position for a few minutes.

Also do plate lifts while lying on the end of a bench, front and back, going for reps.

Heavy barbell shrugs also.
