I call real TRT "NATTY+", those that stay in the natural range.
But of course its just a joke, "Natty" is letting yourself decline w/ age, which I am not a believer in.
Some folks actually need it. (And not for bodybuilding).

Low to No test levels has been shown to cause tons of health issues as one ages.
I would do TRT over Clomid any day, tons of issues w/ that drug as well.

A 700 total test level is great, a 200 TT is not. Real TRT (100 mg) wont bother most peoples PSA, Hematocrit, Lipids, etc.

The issue today are all the young guys on it, and say "I'm on TRT" and they are doing 300 mg a week.
That is not TRT, 75 mg - 100 mg's is TRT, with Dr. supervision of course...

Or at least quarterly bloods, and all the health tests like calcium score, stress-echo, etc...

yes, there are guys in their 20's going on '' TRT ''

We've all probably met one or two people in our lives who were natty, that blew the fukk up.
In my 43 years in gyms and training, I've met two. On 1983 we were all training in a friends garage, just high-school kids.
This one dude John, had the skinniest body around, total twig, when he came back to school after the 10-week summer, people couldnt believe it.
(No roids around in 1983 high-school kids in those days, unlike today).

Dude had every muscle developed (over developed) huge striated Tri's/Bi's, Lats, Pec's, etc.
Legs were OK as of course we were 15/16 years old in early 80's, so werent hitting them too hard. (Just the extensions, leg-curls, etc).
Looked like an anatomy chart. Looking back he must have been just one of those rare myostatin freaks.
He looked great for the 5 more years that he was alive (died in a Ski-Doo accident/drowning).

One other guy I worked with, also skinny as fuck, he started going to gym (in his early 40's) at lunch just doing machines, same thing, muscles blew up like balloons. (In like 3 months).
Very weird.
Doug seems like that, though most think he's not Natty (I have my own questions) but I have seen the rare freak who just blows up and makes it look easy.
Like Doug, they looked normal/small in long-sleeve clothes. (Doug never gets up in weight at all, looks small in street clothes). 200 lbs or so forever.

Especially John back in High School, if I never saw him with my own eyes (and trained w/  him) I would have thought "all drugs" today.
WE didnt know what anabolics were back then...
Yes, I hate guys like that. ;D  In high school we had a skinny guy that started doing curls only every other day and his arms blew up to be bigger in a few months than guys who had been lifting for years.  Skinny legs and small torso with jacked arms.  He looked like a caricature.
