I never claimed that. Unlike your 405 lb squat lies, I tell the truth.
I typically stay between 242 - 245 lbs, especially in the summer, maybe I will let my weight creep up into the low 250’s in the winter months. I was traveling in Europe and gained about 10 lbs of water and did not do much working out. So I was 263 and that is pretty heavy for me. I often check my fitness level by timing myself in a 2-mile run. If I can’t finish under a certain time, then I bring my weight back down.
I’m not trying to look like a football lineman. In the low 240’s I look kind of lanky and I’m fine with that. You’re the one mistakenly equating bodyweight with muscle quality.
