There is no such thing as pound for pound you don't get to make made up ratios to argue your strength. You are an inch taller than me not my fault you don't have any muscle and weight on your frame. Also narcotics lol how the fuck does getbig think I am speed balling cocaine and black tar heroin before my daily workouts y'all are fucking insane. I took a couple advil gel caps yesterday not exactly a narcotic.

I literally took a drug test the following Monday morning. When you are finishing up and have food in your teeth you move your jaw. I don't even know where one meals ends and another begins I am eating constantly. Fucking jackasses think I am tweaking at 10am on a weekday. I literally take care of a child during the week. I go to bed early every night. I get up early and cook breakfast every day. I work out and hang out by the pool every day. I live the lifestyle of a godamn monk. I am obsessed with fitness. My live in Girlfriend literally runs the drug court. The godamn DA and multiple law enforcement and probation officers were hanging out here at a pool party yesterday. Yet you fucking idiots think I am using opiates and cocaine and alcohol it's fucking insane. On days when I get wild I have a 2nd cup of Coffee. There is no place in health and fitness and bodybuilding for recreational drugs and alcohol. I don't respect that shit and I am not about that shit. Yeah I had 1.5 drinks this summer at an outdoor concert in June first time I had a drink in months. You can't do that shit and bodybuild they do not go together

Oh I can still improve I will go lower still. That is why I also do even lighter sets really working on the hip and ankle flexibility. Adjusting my stance hand position really improving my form. Is it not best to get the most out of the lightest weight?  When do you plan to start training you post a lot of copy and pasted workouts and diets have you considered actually trying them yet?

You should go lighter and work on coming up straight and stop leaning so heavily to one side.

Also, if you plan to do 405 just up your daily cocktail of opiates and anadrol.

I wish I actually have chronic pain opiates would probably make me feel a lot better but nope I don't take any. I really shouldnt be taking advil as nsaids are bad for your stomach but knee was really bothering me.

It was 425 for 6 in college 25 years ago. I never said I could do that now. Also, my depth was nowhere near this deep. I am going deeper every workout my form is improving. You guys didn't like the depth on my 355lb squat this winter (which was about the same depth from college) so I brought the weight back down and worked on the depth.  I will absolutely squat 405lbs again but at a much greater depth. However, I am going to take it slow better to use perfect form and get the most out of the lightest weight. Not all lifts are created equal people think they are going deep on squats or that they are going slow and controlled on bench press but videos then show half squats and chest bounces. Not all lifts are the same.

That's right. At the time of your claim you said you could absolutely rep 405 lbs at that very moment. This was about a year or so ago now I think. Why don't you just admit you couldn't have done that? You're getting props for your 315 lbs but look how shaky you are with it. There's no way you could have done 405 lbs a year ago.

I said I could get a rep and I could and can but at 90 degrees fresh not with my ass on the ground at the end of a workout there is a huge difference

I mean other than SC and Rob the rest of you are either skinny or fat slobs or just fucking old dudes posting photos from 1985. I am one of like 6 guys on here in any kind of shape the rest of you are all frauds.

Doctor? Thought you posted that you didn't have a PC doctor. Did you find one since then? If so, great. My primary care doctor is the only one whose medical assistant checks my height and weight. None of the specialists do.  Must be a west coast thing. Hmm.

Not only are NSAIDS hard on your digestive system they can compromise your kidneys and liver, raise blood pressure, and increase the possibility of bleeding and bruising. It is advised that people with digestive issues not take them. I'm sure you already know all this, right?

What difference does it make?

Unless they wanted to make sure it was you turning up for your regular court ordered monthly screening
