He pushed the 130 to 150 dumbbells on incline for reps.

Yeah probably looked like Matt Cannings Dumbell presses. You think I haven't dumbell pressed heavy weight for reps and with proper form?

Again I point out I am better shape than one of you clowns and it’s no longer about bodybuilding you want to change the subject. You are absolutely not stronger than me. You dont appear to be in any kind of shape at all. Just because you can belly bounce something I train with at the end of a workout doesnt mean you are stronger. We can all belly bounce or half squat a lot more weight. You dont look like you train at all there is no way you are stronger than me.

Brian won`t hit a Triceps shot or any other mandatory pose.....just "relaxed", Double Biceps,"A Most Muscular hybrid sort of thingy".....no abs and thighs,no side chest.....no side triceps,no back lat spread,etc. etc......cuz he sucks in those pics and every one of his many glaring weaknesses would be exposed......thus he avoids them....hasn`t anyone else noticed?

You guys being old and out of shape now is fine just stop pretending otherwise then. I am taking a mini vacation today heading to DC for a Rage Against the Machine show tonight then a Circue du Solei performance Thursday night but booked a Hotel with a decent gym.

Trained hard

15 min warm up

30 min - back - supersets w rows, machines, pull downs, close and wide grip, all superset w hamstrings and calfs. 

30 min - conditioning  - 30 sec air bike - 5 pull ups - 30 sec air bike - 10 hanging leg raises - repeat for entire time

30 min - 25 lb weight vest - run 1/4 mile - 10x sled rows - 6 tire flips


Drenched.
