I`ve squatted far more than you ever will in two lifetimes, you imbecile.


This is the second "REAL" leg workout in a gym I`ve had in years,the first being a week or so ago in Planet Fitness......besides you can`t squat with 225 for 20 yet.......something I did when I weighed 130 pounds in the 1970`s.

Not trying to build a huge squat like you and get hurt just to impress a crowd that would love to see me do just that....GET HURT.......,I`m trying to win a pro-card fuckface, and you keep bragging that a guy your age of 44 blah,blah,blah.....well I`ve got 23 years on you dickhead so stop missing workouts and get busy......I`m receiving goodies weekly in the mail...........stocking up for the big eventual and inevitable win...................AS SHOLE.

Today Dave Mastorakis called me out of the blue.....we shot the shit for two hours.....told me to call him with any help needed during prep at any time.............I also have the services of Matt Dufresne and Chris Aceto if I need help or run into a glitch...........got any friends who are bodybuilding legends Brian...............or any friends in general  ???

I literally posted a video of me squatting more just as deep last week. Today I just did sets with 275lbs and again really tried to go as low as possible

It's a leg press it doesn't count even if you use 100 plates. You keep talking about what you squatted but as I have demonstrated not all lifts are created equal. Every idiot here talking about a lift without a video does not count as again not all lifts are the same. Also I am not trying to create a heavy squat I am trying to develop my legs which is why I am working on a deep squat with moderate weights. And lastly do you think if you had Ronnie Coleman on speed dial you would somehow magically get in better shape? Your friends can't train and eat for you, can they? Your diet is where you need help you are eating starvation rations.

I did it with 315 last week again not trying to show a heavy squat trying to show form and depth during training reps. I have not even attempted a max squat yet. The point I am trying to make is most of your lifting claims are bullshit as most guys here are half repping everything. Take a look at Matts 120lb presses as an example. I assume everyone else squats are even worse. You guys all attacked my form when I did 355lbs to 90 degrees so fine I have dropped the weight and I am now squatting to 45 degrees. The weight will slowly go back up as I get used to training this new depth. But I really doubt you or half this board all claiming bigger numbers can do better. 275lbs to depth for reps is plenty of weight to grow the legs going deeper allows me to stress the legs with less weight making it safer

SSB Box-Squats - Sets of 3 w/ 345 lbs.


Supersetted with (5 sets):

Close Grip Bench - Sets of 3 w/ 265 lbs. (rotator tear slowly getting better).

Then normal shite - Extensions, leg-curls, rotary calves - 5 sets each.

Never had a tear before.

Have had a clavicle excision and a decompression done on both 8-9 years ago, but just started getting random pain over the last month or so, so got the MRI.

Not sure how the tears happened, likely playing baseball, but it's not my dominant side.

Docs did tell me I can play through it though.

I`ll have you know just for a fact that I`m old school and all my reps are full range of motion top to bottom.

The only time I do partials is to extend a set........not gonna` try to explain that to you novice.

You don`t know anything about how I train since I dont video it......DUH....not gonna` start that nonsense anytime soon to slow down my workouts before the biggest contest in the country......don`t forget dummy,that is the contest we are entering......you`re way out of you`re league boy.
