Good.  I fell again.  The new braces are needing re-fit and adjusting.  Only a couple of stairs worth and I didn't knock myself out this time.

DB fly 3 x 10 to DB skull crushers x 10, 1 min rest between

Recovery:
Lat/shoulder foam roll - 2 x 1 min per side

TSpine strech 2 x 10 per side

Rag doll pose - 10 reps breathing work - 3 sec in, hold 3 sec, 6 sec exhale, hold 3 sec

I have lost just over 70 lbs. now.  As I said elsewhere, I attend PT daily.  It is all a part of the plan from my attending physicians.  Thank you for asking.

I work for a government contractor I had to take a hair follicle drug test to get this job. I also love with a member of the judiciary who runs the drug court there are no illegal drugs in our house. I do not take any fat burners either otc or prescription or black market nothing but caffeine in my coffee

The hair follicle test was a prescreen for when he was tested for his custody hearing. He even admitted it on here, because his ex-wife knows his drug abuse history and would bring it up. This dipshit admitted that already. But has smoked too much bioidentical marijuana to remember.

As always, half-truth-hanky thinks we forget what he posted a few months ago.

I work 40 hours a week from 7-4 Monday through Friday I am fully remote and have my work computer set up in the dining room right next to my recumbent bike. I also took and gave my ex a urinalysis not required to avoid further false allegations as they accused me of illegally using marijuana which I was not doing. I then took a hair follicle for work. I also took half a dozen hair follicles the last few years fighting for custody never failed one never had any drug charges do not use illegal drugs have been telling you idiots that for years. I am fullly tested and have been for about 3 years now.

I have mentioned it prior I only ride about 20 minute a day but it helps the knees a lot

Side ways plank walk along agility ladder - each step do a push up

20x leg raises.

30 minutes -  you do 15 sets of 5 and 5 each.  That was just one part.

I am fit and I was wondering you mentioned 15 sets but then one set of 5 so it was 15 sets of 5?? Because that is a big difference
