2 sets 15 ez barbell curl
3 sets 10 ez barbell curl
2 sets 8 single arm dumbell curls
3 sets 12 cable crossover overhead curl

If Bullshitter Hankins list the number of reps he did, he never lists the set weight.

If Bullshitter Hankins lists the set weight he used, he never lists the number of reps.

And….he works an entry-level job and he is bald.

I’m still skeptical of the “job” claim.

Monster 19" quads

Bhanky will never measure his quads.

He has been high as a kite measuring his neck.

Swearing in front  of his kid measuring his arm.

When it comes to the quad measurement he doesn’t want to do it. But will post a pic of himself with a wedgie/make shift thong.

Why? Because they are are whopping 19 inches.

Had a lipoma the size of a golf ball removed from my right arm pit Monday.  Pretty much a cosmetic thing.  Just don't want my brothers to worry about me.  LOL.  That being said, I cannot really train for 2 weeks.  Going back to my hiatus from the Chinavirus last November, this has easily been the worst training and eating year of my adult life.  I'm fucking miserable.

Hope everything goes well my dude.

Thanks pal.  It's not cancerous just another road block in getting back in a groove.  I think I'm going to start training again next week.  The stitches will still be in but that will be 7 days in and I don't see them popping out.  I'll pick and choose my exercises carefully.  That should help.  The other thing is that I'm in a food rut.  The chicken breasts, tilapia, turkey, etc.  that I've been eating daily for 25 years is all of the sudden hard to get down.  Hell, some nights I can't even bring myself to cook it let alone eat it.  I feel best when I'm doing keto.  Plus, once I start eating carbs I can't stop.  I will eat berries for the overall value they provide to health.  If you or any of the guys have any recommendations, I'm all ears.

The idea is you workout so you can enjoy life and don't have to be on a rationed diet of gruel. You guys are working out and living on starvation rations it makes no sense

Have you tried ground chicken breast or ground Turkey?

I use to get breast from my butcher but now I just ask him to ground up the breast.

It’s a lot easier to cook and eat and doesn’t dry out like a full sized breast.

Plus  you can make meat balls in the air fryer with it add it to eggs etc

If your budget alllows, since your on getbig assuming multi millionaire bison is good. I mean same as ground beef just a little change.

Recently I added back salmon as my last meal in the air fryer skin gets crunchy gets a nice little crunch with some mayo/ranch dressing.

I think I'm going to pick up an air fryer.  Thanks for the suggestions.  Meatballs sound good.  I think using my crockpot for weekly meal prep is probably something I've got to start doing too.

I understand, i prefer to limit carbs too and like to follow a reasonable diet.

I like to eat cranberries, blueberries and blackberries for a snack.

My advice is to change things up in your diet but keep it tight. Don't worry about carbs, focus on eating meat and veggies.

I like to cook and i would start watching some youtube videos on basics meals you like or that your wife can cook.

I do a mean chicken stir fry with veggies, avocado oil, salt, pepper, montreal seasoning and jalapenos. Cook it super hot and add fresh rinsed veggies of your choice, doesn't matter really, i like green beans and carrots.

Make a fat juicy burger on the grill 80/20 beef, add some salt, pepper, finely diced onions and poblano peppers; hand mix all that in with the raw meat with one egg yolk as well. Form them into patties, let them get cold in the fridge and grill them. I use a pellet smoker, or you can get crazy with a cast iron skillet, baste them with butter and garlics. Shits unreal.

Cook a good ribeye. Smoke some salmon or flounder. Look up some good veggie recipe with bacon and seasoning.

Crock pot pinto beans, mexican style with onions, jalapenos, cumin, salt pepper. Cook on high for 6 hours. Goes with anything. Beware of gas. ;D

Watch Sam the Cooking guy on youtube. Cool stuff that is easy. But only if you like to cook like i do.

I think you will like the air fryer better.

You can add your potatoes / sweet potatoes and make fries.

The air fryer I find really keeps the chicken/beef moist if you eat it within a few days.

I actually stole the meat ball recipe from this guy

Seriously, when I'm on a good roll with keto, I'm not craving anything.  My energy is good and I'm not sluggish.  I look forward to the weekend splurge and feel rejuvenated to get back on it Monday.

Go do your gold digger houseguest’s laundry, Princess. People on 2 grams a week of illegal drugs who haven’t gained an ounce of muscle in years don’t get an opinion here.

You fucking blowhard weakling.

you got a grill?

seafood?  grilled octopus or squid? scallops are another good one, same with prawns and crawfish.

have you looked into "hot pot," or shabu shabu It's basically poaching leafy vegs, mushroom and some protein in bone broth.

do you like spanish? do you have a slow cooker? do you like pork? look up pernil, its slow cooked pork shoulder(higher in fat).
