Where are yours? I went to the world champs clinic at the gym two days before worlds. There were several people there trying to learn I wasnt going to be like hey can someone film me. But yeah I strict curled 150lbs it’s not a guess or an estimate it happened. I will train with the guy again I will incorporate heavy strict curls in my training going forward. But is getbig going to admit I am strong if I post a strict curl video hell no you guys are already trying to discredit the entire powerlifting event because I am decent at it I don’t have to put the stress on my knee or torn pec. I don’t have oil in my arms they are strong and they are 19 pumped and I can curl real weight but don’t even sweat it I will post strict curls videos soon enough and it will be more than 150lbs that was a clinic learning technique

But this isn’t even about me I am just giving props to John this guy is about 50 years old looks like your average gym goer and  just curled 201lbs weighing 191lbs breaking the record and blacking out after the lift. This was badass completes the lift then is out on his feet

Right. Dude walks back on everything he says constantly.  Now squats are for fat powerlifters. He can't squat shit so now it's curls that determine if you're strong. He's so frail he tears his biceps squatting. Doing max weight curls should turn out well

Dude acts like he discovered the curl......I posted that I did a contest curling with my back against the wall strictly back in the fucking 70`s,.....people have been doing them since they forged the first barbell.....there`s nothing new to be seen here, just the same old bragging about NOTHING from our resident dickhead who curls heavier than he squats.  :D

I couldn't take it so I started training this week with the stitches still in.  It looks like it has healed up quite nicely and I think only one stitch popped out.  I'm feeling much, much better.  I hit legs yesterday and can barely get up out of my chair without being in agony.  But it feels great. 

Leg Ext 3x
Front Squats 4x
Leg press 3x
Standing leg curls 2x
Lying leg curls 2x
Stiff leg deads with dumbells 2x
Seated calf raises 1 triple drop set
Standing calf raises 1 triple drop set
30 minutes on the treadmill worked up to 4mph and a 7.5degree incline

Raw Powerlifting, The ISCA (Internatioanl Strict Curl Assocation) and Strict Curl Nation and the United States Strict Curl Assocation and the United States Strength lifting Federation and USPA Powerlifting all recognize and sanction the Strict Curl. They all call it powerlifting. Strict Curl Nation is at the Arnold and USSC is at the Olympia. They have been having sanctioned power lifting strict curl contest for 100 years now.

Just because one organization doesn't sanction it doesn't mean it isn't powerlifting.
