Ok by all means actually fucking try it then let us know how much you get what you weigh and we can check your wilks score. It’s not your weight minus 75lbs though that’s not how it works.
I`m not altering my training to appease you.....I could care less actually, just pointing out that you aren`t all that.

I`m not like you......THANK GOD....I don`t need to prove myself, or video an exercise to be validated by anyone here or anywhere else,my track record speaks for itself.

I never said I was all that I can’t do an elite lift 150lbs at 220lbs is not all that but it is not bad either

You just declaring you are stronger pound for pound and can rep out elite lifts at 70 years old is just nonsense

Yeah I can absolutely dispute your fucking nonsense math those are elite lifts for those weight classes based on other competitive lifters can you hit an elite lift?
I`ve done an elite lift in my life yes.....double bodyweight bench press for starters, cleaning two 100 pound dumbells all the while falling backwards towards a 30 degree incline bench hoping I don`t land wrong then pressing them for 3-5 reps weighing 40 pounds less than both dumbells combined.....never could get the hang of that kicking the bells up with the knees shit, squatting with around 250 pounds over my bodyweight for a single below paralell, and squatting 20 reps below paralell with 250 pounds while weighing 165.....none of which you have ever done nor ever will even at your present bodyweight......this was while bodybuilding I never trained to exclusively increase these lifts, I just went up in weight, and/or added reps whenever I could, but never at the expense of perfect form.

These aren`t incredible feats, but in my opinion they are at least credible.

Name the exercise,I`ll tell you exactly what I`ve done and how many reps I got.

You don`t have to  say you`re all that,we can see that`s what you believe in almost all your posts......especially the fantasy that you look better than Jeff just because you outweigh him......ridiculous,and shows you know jackshit.

It`s great to believe in yourself and be confident but you just have an outrageous ego and think  you are awesome when in reality you`re just average.

I`m 67, and I stand by the FACT that I can curl what I said I could pound for pound compared to your 150 pound curls.

Calling me old doesn`t bother me at all, cuz if you live to be 67,you won`t look as good as I do at this age, or even still be training more than likely.

Everybody gets older man,the trick is to get wiser while doing so,something you`ll never grasp.

Resting my fucked up  elbow one more day, then I`ll hit upper body the next day, then legs again.

Elbow is a mess, just gonna` tape it and wrap it next week and see if I can press or do triceps.....if not,I`1ll continue to train around it as I am now ???

You are so  stupid. A strict curl is not a powerlifting or Olympic lift. Why not argue over a peck deck fly.

You realized you couldn’t 405 squat. Now you are claiming you can strict curl 150 pounds. You’re just looking for an excuse.

After realizing you are a weakling on a megacycle.

Is it my fault you don’t lift? Is it my job to educate you about everything? Strict curling is a powerlifting movement they have it at powerlifting events you get 3 try’s on a platform with judges. Half a dozen different powerlifting organizations recognize it they have standards and rules and records. Your ignorance doesn’t change that.

Ok so not looking to argue with anyone here as I don’t care that much but saying a strict curl is like a pec deck, leg curl etc… is not correct. I would say a strict curl is more determining of actual daily strength than a squat, deadlift or bench. When do I need to bench to squat anything? But the curling motion is used quite a bit. I will say if I see a guy around 200 lbs bench 315 or curl 135 I’m more impressed by the curl although also a great bench a strict curl is exactly that, a curl and it’s arms only. A bench, squat and dead all have many assisting muscles. So I’m just saying a strong curl is impressive and a cool lift. While not in the big 3 it is still a cool lift and can be impressive. Also yes arms are the most impressive body part and I don’t care what anyone says. For me it’s traps, shoulders arms and forearms I notice first and so do most men and women. No one cares for back, legs or chest in terms of typical daily people. My arms have been grabbed hundreds of times and I’ve been asked to flex the same. No one ever said flex your chest although I have had women ask to feel my chest. ARMS FUCKING RULE hence why I train them 2-3 times a week. And yes I cannot squat or dead now due to back and hip issues but even if I could I most likely would not. But I won’t stop curling light or heavy cause it’s just fun to me. Then again I’m not a bodybuilder, powerlifter or a strongman. Just a guy who likes being bigger and stronger than most.

If I could only train arms the rest of my life I would enjoy that and I will prob be there soon enough. I go weeks were I only train arms then start training other things as well but arms are the most enjoyable to me. I love the big arm look and not into big torso or leg look much at all.

If you want impressive arms then its triceps

Your arms are down by your sides 99% of the time, its then the triceps are shown

If ever you see anyone flexing a bicep for someone apart from on a bodybuilding stage then it screams insecurity

I have had people come up to me and ask me to flex my arm, I just tell them its my day off

I would never "make a muscle" in a public place even if asked, the casual observer thinks its you who is showing off..

Dont ever be that guy.

I agree with this. My arms looks best hanging at my sides instead of flexed anyways but I still think the curl is a good show of real strength. I dont flex in public but been asked many times haha. I hammer tris harder than bis but bis are a fun muscle to work and for me it’s about what is fun and what I like at this stage in my life. If I don’t want to do it I simply don’t do it anymore.

Also congrats on the win Joe. Impressive showing.

Squats and deadlifts are overrated.

And just take way to much out of me, at my age I don’t care for that shit anymore. I enjoy dips, pull ups, curls, laterals and shrugs as well as forearm work and calves. As I said in my previous post I do what I enjoy and these are what I enjoy. And if eventually I go to do these things and I don’t enjoy them anymore I’ll drop them as well. I’m old enough to not care if I’m lacking in certain areas and I enjoy having body parts stand out as I’ve never been symmetrical anyways. I appreciate powerlifters and bodybuilders as I couldn’t do either and luckily that works for me as I wouldn’t want to haha.

Hex Bar Deads and Sleds are the way to go vs barbell deads and barbell squats.   ;)

Agreed.

I likely got my double inguinal hernia from squats and deads.

My chest is crap. I really dont care anymore. It is what it is. I don't compete so being symmetrical is not all that important to me these days. On top of that, Rory loves me for who I am and that is all that matters to me!

I don't do hex bar deads but do sled pushes. I probably do sled pushes every 3rd or 4th workout.
