Abe I`m not one to brag,but no one of this caliber will out train me or be stricter on their diet than I will.

I literally look 10-15 years younger than these cats and will prove it on stage.

I`ve been to, and competed in tons of contests and most older guys like this just lift like old guys and enter figuring no one will be there cuz it`s impossible for old guys to train heavy and hard so they just show up and place top 5......I will be amping up my training steadily over time and training like a man possessed.....nobody will beat me I just feel it.

Not bragging,just full of enthusiastic confidence.

Me and one of my old training partners would enter a show....go backstage and scope out the competition and go.........casualty,....not too bad...casualty....casual ty...just so so....casualty. LOL
