Read that post again 2011 that’s 12 years ago at 32 years old after a decade plus of lifting and those are great measurements and here I am at 45 with the same measurements he’ll yea that’s fucking awesome. it’s not a straight line I lost a lot of size. I to lost my way like many of you but I have taken it all back.
There would be a decent case for all this if you didn't continuously talk about all the gains you are making. You've gained no muscle in the last year (29.5/29 FFMI) , any additional size you claim in your arm size occasionally is as a result of extra fat, and I think (vainly hope) in your heart of hearts you must surely somehow know this fact. And long term you have simply recovered what you had lost, before hitting your own acknowledged wall time and time again despite how many drugs you take (your words). And let's be honest looking worse due to the readily apparent injuries
I know saying this is pointless to the point of being farce , but if you
a) Went with and stuck to the "maintaining in middle age and love working out, how about you guys" approach
b) Didn't rubbish anyone and everyone who doesn't bow down to your exact thought pattern on your erratic fitness journey
c) Didnt rubbish anyone and everyone who may possibly have a better physique than yours
D) Stopped posting your pics every 5 mins its repetitive and does not have the shock & awe impact that you seem to think it does
Then you'd be a lot happier: all this arguing, as much as it fuels your unique body tank, is simply not good for your physical and mental well being long term
