Legs are 40%.  On stage when you have an obvious noticeable leg deficit it absolutely destroys symmetry for the whole body in all poses especially when compared to other competitors who don't have similarly terrible legs.  They are a significant part of ALL poses.  Gym tank top bodybuilders never seem to understand this, then they get on stage and BOOM

205lbs is the weight limit for my height for classic physique and exactly where I plan to weigh in. I would come heavier if I wanted to focus on bodybuilding. I feel my physique is best suited for classic. At the pro level they give an extra 10lbs and if I can measure over 511 I can come in at 212 but I am probably right at 511 so coming at 205 to be sure. I was 198lbs last time so I am coming in 7lbs heavier and I believe my condition will be better just having more energy knowing the format and not doing to many classes is a big start and getting there a day early. I am going to enjoy the show
