DB Skullcrushers - 5 X 25(warmup),15,12,12,12 - one minutes rest between sets
One-Arm DB Extensions - 5 X 15,12,10,9,9 - no rest other than 3-5 deep breathes between alternating each arm.....weight got heavy really fast
Triceps Dips Between Benches - 3 X failure bodyweight only (Triceps were shot)
Lying Leg Raises - X failure
