It is not a fucking powerlifting meet it is training and clearly in the ballpark. I have seen a lot worse at the gym


The bottom half of a squat is where all the quad and glute action is. Lighten the weight and go lower, building up the hip flexors first. You'll be surprised later at how strong you get and how big your quads become.


I did squats exactly like you did in the vid and was disappointed that my legs never grew. A guy in the gym came over to me one day and told me I should go lower. so I dropped the weight way down to 185 and concentrated on deep reps. It hurt like Hell! But eventually I got very strong at squats, only stopping because my back started bothering me years later and i really had big enough legs by then.

2 warmup sets:
200m run
10M banded monster walk
10 deadbug
10x banded hip flexor stretch
5x MB hamstring curl

5x5 back squat

10 sets:  50M slosh pipe run / rest 90 sec between sets

4 superset:
DB split squat x 8
KB goblets squat AMRAP x 30 sec

Foam roll / stretch

Not paralell or below and you do realize that the weight is only 130 pounds over your bodyweight which is a kunt weight.

I did a triple with 370 well below paralell while weighing 160 pounds witnessed and approved by well respected powerlifters.

I weighed in at 215 pre workout have dropped some water and recovering from a cold. Also I seem to recall everyone saying I would die if I unracked 225 now they are mad I am 2 inches higher than where they think I should squat with 355. But my legs feel like they were trained well today looks about parallel to me with a good range of motion. Certainly, in the ballpark. I am sure I go a little lower on my lighter working sets again still getting back into the technique trying to sit back more and open up the hips. I never said I was going to be a champion squatter. I said I thought I could squat about 405 and I believe I can. My squat looks better than most at the gym. Do we have any updates on the live odds after this? You guys do realize this is happening now yes?  Also I did this today not in 1945 like your triple. It is a miracle I can walk this what I am doing now can't be done

It is not impossible for me right now. I am doing a couple squat leg workouts to see how it feels. I will be repping 405 end of workout soon enough. But you guys want a video you can be damn sure it is going to be picture perfect form with me smiling and talking and not an ugly trembling huffing and puffing purple faced strain. You should be happy knee is holding up so far the plan is still a go so far you will get to find out what happens when I step under 405. If knee was jacked it would be off so far it is still on. I am actually surprised as you guys actually had me doubting myself there for a moment but this appears to be happening

You most certainly have failed you know nothing fuck.....not one single squat in any video was done to a paralell position.

Add more weight you dummy,don`t decrease weight and work on proper form because that would mean you actually knew what the fuck you were doing.

Rushing a squat to 405 with shitty form is a surefire way to get hurt and as it is your body is already a messy jigsaw puzzle of torn up bodyparts.

Oh god those Fux photos were Horrific but I am taking it slow. I literally do one heavy rep then drip it way back down for my working sets. Poweliftera do board training to shock the muscle and get used to a higher weight doing a heavier 85 degree squat is the same thing. I find it is much easier to drop back down in weight and bury once I feel the heavier weight. Also legs were in fire after last workout felt good I mean I am wearing a knee brace today just walking around but just going to ignore that for now ha. I don’t think 405 will fux me but going to find out soon enough.

It's a decent depth if you're quarter squatting, not even close to a full rep. Getting warmed up? You can't even do a proper squat. ::)
