That`s quite a bit of volume for such a tiny bodypart.....take precautions not to overtrain.

Jane I`ll send you a five sets of five reps routine that will improve your form and increase poundages consistantly......up to a point of course.

Ttrut me you will make great progress....I`ll send it in the AM.

I don’t mind that elderly people suffering from Alzheimer’s can be a little bit forgetful.

I went to my Power Skating class tonight for two hours !

I’m getting pretty good at left hand turns, but I’m not very good at turning right. I figure it is the NASCAR syndrome of ice skating. I’m getting faster but I’m still a little out of control once I try going fast. Some of these kids in the class are really good skaters. Their balance is so good. I’m working on extending my strides so it becomes good exercise for my legs and glutes, but skating is pretty hard on the lower back too. I wore my hockey gloves but we aren’t allowed to bring hockey sticks.

I also downloaded the 5-3-1 spreadsheet to look into that routine. It’s more confusing and complicated than I thought. When I read it I finally understand what Henda feels like when he tries to help his young daughter with her homework !   🤣

My best clean, full depth squat right now is 205 lbs. I have only tried 225 lbs twice.

I’m not really sure what my “best set” of 5 reps would be ? I typically never drop below 6 reps and most of the time I stay above 8 reps. I would estimate I can squat 165 lbs for 5 reps, that’s my best guess.

Haha sad thing is your not far wrong, (in my defence she’s nearly 13 so homework gets more difficult plus they have a fucking stupid way of teaching things these days that’s different to back in our day at school)

More like I had it. Symptoms started on February 10th. Never ran a fever, nor had any flu like symptoms. What I have now is a cough and no other symptoms. This is not unusual for me because whenever I get a cold I cough for weeks or months following it.
