i placed 1st  both novice and open in the western regional championships  in phx arizona  (25 years old)

my first show

i placed 2nd in the arizona open

i placed second in the western collegiates in pasedena california 2 years in a row one year as a middle one as a light heavy

wss in ironman magazine   twice  because of it

 was lonnie tepers show  i think he calls it something else now


i placed 5th at the nevada state championships  that sucked bad

didnt compete for like 7 years

you know life, career ect



1st and over all at the idaho muscle classic  (38 years old)

stopped competing and went out the way i came in  a winner
