Then did some back,calves and abs.
Hammer high row 3 sets superset with 3 sets of rotary calve press
Hammer low row 3 sets superset with 3 sets standing calve raise
Pull ups 3 sets superset with 3 rear delt
Pull downs 3 sets superset with 3 sets of ab wheel.
No walking today.
