I even got a different angle on the other set but I think the side angle is better. You jackasses dont get a video because you dont understand how a lifting belt works and will try and claim I have a belly when I am deliberately pushing my diaphragm out against a tightly cinched belt

It aches like hell was seriously  considering turning back when I got out of the truck to walk to the gym as I was in real pain just walking in really seemed like a bad idea. But then I was like fuck it lets do this

Belt on 275, no belt on this 315, belt on for the next 315, weird.
At least those pictures are to appropriate depth. Are those 45's or lighter bumper plates? ;)

You are significantly using your left side more than your right.

Have you had knee issues in the past?

If so, what were the issues? Acl sprain?

You might want to lower the weight and focus on coming up and down using both legs evenly and focus on driving straight up vs Largely to the left

Seriously they have great arch support unlike most sandals and they are a nice inside the house slipper

I was gifted a pair of black Birkenstock style slippers made by Halflinger. Instead of being leather the uppers are wool felt.

My left knee is not stable today hasnt been the last few days. I have been very careful when standing up sitting down or walking ot has started to slip a few times.  The back feels hyper extended the while thing feels twisted and loose and I am in a noticeable amount of pain. Walking is unpleasant. I should go to the Dr Monday and get an MRI. But a I driving to the gym with my knee wraps to squat on pure faith. I dont think Getbif really fully appreciates what I am doing

Christ I weighed between 160-165 and did two sets of 10,well below paralell, followed two sets of  eight just as deep,then a set of six, then did a burnout set with 225 for 20 deep reps...this fucker acts like he climbed Mt. Everest......using a weight that`s only eighty five pounds heavier than his supposed bodyweight on 230.

There's likely one difference between those kids and Bhank which is they probably don't have bad knees.

They are not going that deep and they also have 2 good knees. My knee fucking buckles if I stand up out of a chair too quick or walk up stairs. It is scary as hell squatting 315. I have no idea if the knee is going to explode or not. When I got to the gym I took off my walking brace before putting on my knee sleeves. I kept telling myself it is just arthritis nothing is injured which I dont really believe.  I literally have bone degeneration in the knee the Cartlidge has been gone. I ice it a couple times a day as it just fucking hurts but yeah, no excuses I still showed up and did the work. And fyi my gym doesnt even have bumper plates you can call them and ask them if you dont believe me.

Weird how it doesn't stick out through your shirt, I mean the other two pics it's clearly protruding off your back but you must have that super heavy tshirt that holds down your cheap walmart belt.  ::)

You can see the fucking belt buckle protruding from the middle of my stomach. It is cinched tight directly over the belly button that isn't a fucking "Gut" Haters. And of course, you all know a 10-year-old that squats more and you squatted 600lbs 20 years ago but where are your squat videos from today? Exactly

Kudos on your depth, finally. But you lose points for using the bitch pad. I don't see a belt impression, but if you say so. It's odd to me that you do 2 sets over the shirt and one set under. Some kind of retardation or tweaker shit. In all my years of lifting, powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, highland games, whatever...I always put my belt on the same way. OCD I suppose
