You are significantly using your left side more than your right.

Have you had knee issues in the past?

If so, what were the issues? Acl sprain?

You might want to lower the weight and focus on coming up and down using both legs evenly and focus on driving straight up vs Largely to the left

Looked that way from the pic....I thought that was usually from a tight hip.....but who knows?

Jesus Christ you guys are a bunch of haters. It went from 315lbs would crush you to your not deep enough to no video you didnt come up to 315lbs ain't shit anyway real quick. And now it's bumper plates sorry haters my gym isn't a powerlfiting gym there isn't a single bumper plate in the building. Now you guys are worried about my belt? I did 3 working sets with 275lbs then yeah I did a couple singles with 315lbs to take some pics and check my depth and form. I had more in the tank. You can see the fucking belt buckle protruding from the middle of my stomach. It is cinched tight directly over the belly button that isn't a fucking "Gut" Haters. And of course, you all know a 10-year-old that squats more and you squatted 600lbs 20 years ago but where are your squat videos from today? Exactly

I hadn't squatted in a month. I repped 315 last workout this time I did my working sets with 275 not every workout is a PR attempt. Also last I checked you dont even lift

Kudos on your depth, finally. But you lose points for using the bitch pad. I don't see a belt impression, but if you say so. It's odd to me that you do 2 sets over the shirt and one set under. Some kind of retardation or tweaker shit. In all my years of lifting, powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding, highland games, whatever...I always put my belt on the same way. OCD I suppose

What the fuck do you think is coming out the front of my shirt? I dont have a gut that is a belt buckle

Meanwhile he's on gear, pops his maids Adderall,  etc. He doesn't drink yet posts up pics with fruity mixed drinks. His ankles haven't had edema in a year. 5 months ago has pics of ankle edema. Oh but because these are all isolated times, according to him, they don't count. Repping 315 to Bhamky= 1 rep

There is no such thing as pound for pound you don't get to make made up ratios to argue your strength. You are an inch taller than me not my fault you don't have any muscle and weight on your frame. Also narcotics lol how the fuck does getbig think I am speed balling cocaine and black tar heroin before my daily workouts y'all are fucking insane. I took a couple advil gel caps yesterday not exactly a narcotic.

Just because I did one rep this time to try and get my form on video doesn't mean I didn't do reps my last workout. Not every set and workout is a maximum effort PR attempt. I did my working sets with 275 I wasn't even planning to touch 315 yesterday but then decided to try a rep and see how it felt on the knee. I was really working on depth yesterday.

Smith-Bench - 5 sets
Smith-Incline - 5 sets
Smith-Close Grips - 5 sets

Skull Crushers (EZ-Bar) - 5 sets
French Curl (EZ-Bar) - 5 sets
Assisted Dips - 5 sets  (tried real dips, a no-go, listened to my shoulder pain and bailed on those).

It was 425 for 6 in college 25 years ago. I never said I could do that now. Also, my depth was nowhere near this deep. I am going deeper every workout my form is improving. You guys didn't like the depth on my 355lb squat this winter (which was about the same depth from college) so I brought the weight back down and worked on the depth.  I will absolutely squat 405lbs again but at a much greater depth. However, I am going to take it slow better to use perfect form and get the most out of the lightest weight. Not all lifts are created equal people think they are going deep on squats or that they are going slow and controlled on bench press but videos then show half squats and chest bounces. Not all lifts are the same.

Oh I can still improve I will go lower still. That is why I also do even lighter sets really working on the hip and ankle flexibility. Adjusting my stance hand position really improving my form. Is it not best to get the most out of the lightest weight?  When do you plan to start training you post a lot of copy and pasted workouts and diets have you considered actually trying them yet?
