Just quit entertaining the idea of ever competing again,you just don`t have the work ethic and the mindset.

Keep walking the beaches of Kitty Hawk getting admiring comments from people who know less about bodybuilding than you do.......nothing wrong with that you can pump up the ego without paying an entry fee.

They do not have a plate loaded leg press. I am still going to free squat this weekend at my regular gym. Right now I am staying in a fucking hotel ans planet fitness is 2 miles away and only 23 dollars for the month no commitment. I am here for 5 days the next 2 weeks. I will do squats and bench presses on weekends at my home gym. Using machines here for 3 weeks on weekdays is a lot better than nothing. You think you can’t train hard o  machines? Its not like I am giving up free weights just going to use a few more machines the next few weeks. Meanwhile you dont even squat but somehow me using a leg press you don’t like for a couple weeks on my 2nd leg workout of the week means I should just give up? What makes you think I don’t train hard who the fuck made you the expert you doing motherfucking flutter kicks and calf raises and neck rolls and forearm curls half your workout. All that stuff gets fully developed if you train hard with your larger muscle groups that’s a woos workout

I call BULLSHIT.....I did legs at Planet Fitness a few weeks ago with a dude I worked in with.....we went up to 6 plates a side.

I could give a fuck about you anyway.....do what you want, I`m to focused to argue with you........no distractions.

You should have seen how the peiple were looking at me at planet fitness it was hilarios. Trying to get to the gym now but took a detour next door to hooters for nachos and wings but will do shoulders after wings and chicken nachos

Look at my reps just becasue I did 2 exercises doesnt mean I didn’t train with volume. I did over 225 reps. if you did 3 sets of 10 you would need to do 8 exercises to match my rep volume

{DB Concentration Curls - 2 sets
{One-Arm DB Extensions - 2 sets

Used moderate weight on everything....rested as little as possible....great workout !!
