You are on 500 mg of test, anadrol, GH and slin.

Your legs are now maybe equivalent to a gym bro who just started training.

You have been on gear for over 10 years and can’t squat 405 yet alone have any Mass or shape on your legs.

So we all agree my legs are improving great that is what I have been trying to do also again I do  it use slin I tried it last summer for about 2 weeks and haven’t touched it since also not currently on anadrol or GH not that any of that matters anyway. The goal from day one has been to improve the legs still working on it but making any kind of leg gains at 44 years old is an accomplishment much less on my knees so happy we all agree they are improving.

How do you possibly figure? Every week I use more weight in the gyn or I do more volume my weight either goes up or I get leaner. My arms keep taping bigger my legs are clearlt improving I know my body I am absolutely making gains

15 sets of chin ups sets of 10-4 squeezing the top for 5 seconds each rep and last rep of each set 10-20 seconds.

Arms,forearms and lats blew the fuck up.


Have take about a month off chins/pull ups first night back and they were awesome.nothing else and no walking today.

30 min - Strength

15 sets - Every 2 min

315 x 5 - Hex Bar Dead
225 x 5 - Flat Bench

30 min - Conditioning  - 30 sets

30 sec Air Bike at 20 cal/min pace
30 sec - 10 push ups - 6 box step ups

30 min - Stamina/Endurance

1 min walk on air runner
Reverse walk heavy sled
25 mountain climbers
10 push ups 

Repeat for 30 min no rest.

Quads,Hams/Low Back,Calves:

Leg Press - 6 sets
1 plate per side 25 reps  {WARMUP}
2 plates per side 20 reps
3 plates per side 20 reps
4 plates per side 15 reps
5 plates per side 15 reps
6 plates per side 12 reps
3 plates per side 20 reps

Leg Extensions - 4 X 12-20
 
Unilateral Seated Leg Press - 2 X 20 {non-lock,and non-stop from one leg right to the other and back again, until both sets were completed....It`s the Fischer Price type of LP but unlike Hanky I used it as a finishing exercise and made it much tougher by doing one leg at a time,non-lock,non-stop for high reps and increased Time Under Tension.....of course we all know he knows nothing except how to eat junk food,and he definitely doesn`t want to make any exercise tougher to do.

Seated Leg Curls - 4 X 12-20

Hyperextensions- 3 X 20 {bodyweight.....slow and controlled squeezing at top of movement}

Seated Calf Raises - 4 X failure {plus half reps to failure at the end of the set}

Leg Press Calf Raise - 4 X failure {plus half reps to failure at the end of the set}

Got a late start,and there were tons of assholes on the road that should be murdered immediately, but the 100 mile round trip was worth it.......great workout....I`m hobbled !!   :D
