gay vulgarity?

I am comfortable with my sexuality, Im not the one hurling insults at gay people whilst taking photos of myself caressing the back of my leg with a thong on.
Bingo. We make gay jokes on the job all day. This is construction where Brian couldn't hang for 5 minutes before we needed to call an ambulance for his soft ass. None of these hard men lose their minds about how disgusting the gay vulgarity is. None of us are actually gay why would we care? Hmm why do you care so much Brian?

If he was, it would go something like this. Co-starring Vince Goodrum of course….

This looks like one of your enemies on here photoshopped it, like one of those where they enlarge your head and shrink your arms

The lighting sucks in here but both my arms are massive. When I am outside in the day light this summer there is going to be a lot more visible detail.

Is that the famous poolside thong hanging over the chair?

Strange my right arm has added half an inch the last few months. I have a torn right pec and a lower attachment on my right tricep due to a surgercal reattachment of the right tricep and a better peak on my left due to a cut bicep tendon from a shoulder surgery. That doesn’t mean I have nerve damage and my right side is getting smaller. My strength keeps improving and the right arm keeps growing. I can’t change my shape the left arm will always have a better peak and longer tricep. The right pec will always have a tear. The left front delt will always be damaged from multiple shoulder surgeries and the right one will continue to mutate as it compensates for the pec tear. However everything is growing everything is getting bigger and stronger nothing is evaporating at 230lbs.

Okay, I'm always losing track of the various injuries.  1) Can you give us  a comprehensive list of all of your injuries, sicknesses, maladies, infections, major and minor dysfunctions, medical problems, injuries, tears and surgeries since you first began lifting weights and/or anything else that still affects or could affect your physique or strength levels?
2) Could you post this on a separate thread for easy reference?

While it may first seem like a time consuming and daunting task, I think you might get more credit, considering all of the setbacks and issues, that you aren't in a wheelchair or on life support.

He mentioned in the very beginning he doesn’t sleep well because he suffers from restless leg syndrome. So the list of ailments is very long.

That's the first mention of the tricep reattachment.

There's a new excuse every few weeks when he fails at life.

Once Brian realizes he cannot achieve a goal. A new injury comes out of the woodwork so he has a ready to use  excuse.

Yup. Or, once he  realizes he can’t achieve a goal, he tries something a new endeavor—this time it’s strict curling.

Bhanks can’t be consistent with anything.

his problem is that is ego cant handle anything but number one
He has tried multiple things and expects to be the best in the world at it or he sees himself as a failure, he cant handle that so switches to something else once he realises hes shit at it.

It just amazes me how you people think lifting weights and doing a weight lifting contest vs lifting weights and doing a bodybuilding contest are somehow unrelated. The primary activity is still lifting weights the difference is the guy with the digestive issues doesn't have to cut weight and get sick and lose all his gains and strength the last week. Instead of dieting getting spray tanned and flexing on stage all day to try and look strong I just go up lift some weights and prove I am strong. But it's still weight lifting that is still the primary activity. And I don't have to take a month to recover from it there is no rebound recovery from starvation and dehydration involved. It's a much healthier activity. I can train heavy the following day. Keep the gain train moving vs setting myself back months. I dont feel sick or tired I can actually enjoy the weekend vs hanging out with a bunch of sick tired grumpy bodybuilding contestants everyone is happy eating having a good time. There is no subjective biased bullshit very simple concept try and lift more than last time.

But you're still going to be cutting weight before your Curl show.  The only way you won't is if you're down to 215 for a couple of weeks consistently before the show.  All this talk of just going in at whatever weight is BS because then it won't be the "elite lift" you're looking for right?

Might just be a good idea to do things first without telling anyone and then brag about it here afterwards.  That way you won't be so nervous that you vomit on yourself on the way to a curl show.

Do you not see how you rationalize and pivot to the next thing.

You relaized after doing 5+ bodybuilding show you do not have the genetics to be a mediocre bodybuilder.

Wide waist
No back
1 arm
Nerve damage
No legs
Distended gut

So now, you would rather enter a curl contest because it’s fun.

It’s just the constant bullshit and realization you do not have the genetics for anything physical you move on to the next thing.

Good catch, how many anabolics were you on preforming this feat of unmatched strength?

So you’re not  doing a bodybuilding show anymore?

A few weeks ago you said you booked the hotel or something along those lines.

Guessing, you saw the potential competition and your body went into organ failure.

Now curling is your attempt at trying to win  at. anything.

When I was surfing in Hawaii I got held down too long by a wave so I took a free diving class to help my breath holds. While in that class I met some Spearfishermen I started spear fishing and wound up being more into it that freediving or surfing. Does that mean I have up surfing or freediving because I wasn’t good enough and did spearfishinf because I thought I could catch a fish easier than a wave? Or am I just a guy who likes to play in the ocean. Lifting weights is the primary activity here but getting in stage or a platform for a day.

1) You go up, lift and see how strong you are.  It's proving you are strong...thats relative.  If you get beat, you are weak compared to the winner(s)

2) You may not have to take a month but if you jump right into things the next day you are as stupid as you come off on here.  Going for an all out maximal lift, then the next day train heavy again...wow.  I guess all the coaches for weightlifting, no mater what lift, have zero clue...and you know best.

3) You just sat here and talked about how you have to monitor your weight and talked about dropping fluid, and whatever other nonsense...now its like you are saying you're going to show up and lift.  Easy peasy.  Man you're a walking contradiction.

4) Weight lifting CAN be subjective.

You are 25lbs-30lbs behind me how are you going to help me? You going to teach me to do burpees and bear crawls? I have been too lean. I have no need or desire to do boot camp style workouts. I am trying to GetBig you can keep sweating to the oldies to maintain your girlish figure.
I thought you had to make 225lb for your silly curl contest
