Facial plastic surgery, other than for correcting severe deformities, never seems to work- unless it is very minor. I've yet to see an actor or actress look better afterwards.
Supposedly Micky Rourke's face was destroyed by his brief boxing career. Plastic surgery doesn't account for folks who wear really weird and unflattering clothes. Who knows what Micky is aiming for fashion wise, but it isn't working for him. Leggings with no ass makes anyone look old. Clothing can cover a multitude of problems, unless it's designed to expose what you have become as you've aged. To Micky's credit, he seems to not give a shit how he looks and is dressing completely to please himself.
Kim went from looking mysteriously beautiful to looking just plain mean, evil and scary. Maybe its because her eyes look soulless.
