The point he was making went right over your head. The point he is making is that people who kill just to kill. For a trophy head on the wall, posing for a picture with the kill as if they are some kind of warrior champion. They are not killing to feed their family. Their not starving. I never understand why people who hunt take pictures of the kill so they can brag about it. Pretty stupid really. It would be like me going to the grocery store and buying large steak and posing with it. Hunters put so much money into equipment, guns, and camo that it's not a sport. The animal they are going to kill has no clue what is going to happen. In most cases the hunter shoots it from a man made concealment from. Far distance like a sniper. No sport. Go chase it down with a spear and a knife, then maybe we can talk about a sporting effort.
As far as the meat industry I agree with you. It's disgusting, I have actually toured live slaughter houses. It's not pleasant at all. I have cut so far back on my consumption of meat I myself am surprised. It's been years since I have bought red meat. Yes I still eat eggs and fish. My eggs are for the most part from local free ranges my friends have.
Humans do not need meat to survive. Honestly humans would live a much healthier longer life without.

So is it the use of the animals flesh that determines the value of the person who killed it. So if she killed that animal and it then fed 15 starving kids in ethiopia would she then be a saint? how about if she killed it and the meat was packaged and sent out to stores where you consumed it so you wouldnt miss your anibolic window and grow 16 inch biceps? Animal flesh is used for so much, food, fuel, clothing, fashion, pleasure, vanity.... what do you care? spare me the moral judgement bullshit how this bitch is such a heathen and should be tortured and fed to rabid wolves blah blah blah. Every species on this earth has a limited time span and mankind's everyday existence, more than sport, is responsible for the rapid destruction of species and the planet as a whole..... if you don't eat meat, tuna, drive a car that uses fossil fuels, purchase anything made out of plastic, recycle religiously, buy anything that is made in China, use anything at all the contributes to greenhouse gases, wear leather then just be quiet and don't call for her death because your just as responsible. we're all dust in the end.
