If that was my son I’d tell him all day every day that he was a fucking fat disgusting eyesore, his name would be changed to sometimes mocking his weight and I’d only ever address him by this name. I’d even buy a second hand trough from the local farm and place it in the garden then demand that everything he eat be from the trough. Basically make him feel utterly worthless till he became presentable and not an embarrassment
