Brother I used to be a very good sprinter. Excellent speed. Those days are long gone. When I "run" now, which is incredibly rare, I feel "rusty and broken". It's unfortunate but it's true.

I'm 57 years old.

Yes, that bench press is problematic. I have had total rotator cuff reconstructive surgery THREE times. My shoulders are just really fragile. My lifetime PR raw in competition was 551. That was 1993. A long long time ago. At 275 pounds.

I figured you’d got some kinda injury affecting your Bench pressing.
You’re doing well and going strong.

Would you remember a British lifter Tony Stevens from the 80s/90s
Won the worlds a few times.
He’s a good friend and is 69/70 still squats & Deadlifts Over 600.!!
At 230lb.
