Tiny Houses Give Homeless Veterans a Place to Call Home
This is indeed a "great big story". What I've learned form my son-in-law and his experience in the military and with his veterans' disability benefits is that Veterans have to be their own champions and advocates because unless you ask for, indeed demand and jump through all the hoops for, it's unlikely that they is going to give you what you've earned because of your sacrifice to our country. This is a very unfortunate situation that sometimes results in vets being totally disenfranchised. Providing a roof over the heads of those vets who rightfully need and earned it, is the least we should be doing for our Veterans.
