This is so true. Women don't even realize how worse off they have it today. My grandmothers didn't stress out about work, pop Xanax all day while guzzling red wine every night and wonder "where have all the good men gone?" Great progress women have made. 
Bringing women to the labor force was a way of make production factors cheaper. Feminism is a economic ideology. Women were to dumb to understand what was going on.
Same with the wage gap. It will only make men salaries shorter, not the ones of women higher.
"Multiculturalism" is another ideology to make labor cheaper.
It's all about money.
