I can squat 405 to 90 I said that was my one rep max and I believe that to be the case that doesn't mean I am going to push it. I squatted 365 to 90 in December. I am stronger now. I make a fucking video every squat session and every video shows more strength. I get that the average getbigger doesn't appreciate the super deep video I made last time and understand how much harder 45 degrees is than 90. Or that the stuff leg deadlifts will also bringing up the deeper squat. They want to pretend they are gym squatting 45 degrees when they are doing 90 at best. By all means film your squats lets see. Oh that is right you don't even fucking lift? Exactly meanwhile I am pushing through my knees giving out just walking around to keep squatting every fucking week. I can barely walk and I am doing this shit.

He can squat 405 to 90 , he said that was his one rep max and he believes that to be the case that doesn't mean he is going to push it.

He squatted 365 to 90 in December. He is stronger now.

He made a fucking video every squat session and every video shows more strength.

He gets that the average getbigger doesn't appreciate the super deep video he made last time and understand how much harder 45 degrees is than 90. Or that the stuff leg deadlifts will also bringing up the deeper squat.

They want to pretend they are gym squatting 45 degrees when they are doing 90 at best.

You should ice your knees after a heavy leg day.

What calculator did you use to determine you can squat 405?

355 nearly crumbled you.

You might be able to get one rep at 90 degrees at 405.

Again, without proof it’s all hearsay.

Take 2 weeks off from squatting and give 405 a try.

I haven't failed an attempt yet. I also have not attempted it yet. But I did 355 6 weeks ago with a month long cold which isn't that far off. However everyone yelled about the depth so instead of just adding more weight I started doing some lighter depth work and focused on my reps and form. You know to make sure my 405 attempt isn't close and sketchy. Also yeah my knees have been getting funkier so wanted to lighten the load and concentrate on reps/ Now everyone is mad I didn't just add more weight for a heavier one rep 90 degree attempt. While I feel I can get a rep I do feel it isn't the safest plan to attempt it would be pushing it. As such I have been working on my form and reps. But I am absolutely getting stronger and will go heavy again soon enough.  Meanwhile you are still fat.

don't you think the bigger issue is the common cold has you on your ass for a month?

have you done recent blood work?

your internal organs can't seem to shake a common cold.

so another month until you do 405 for 110 degrees?

I went back and watched one of his squat videos. There is way in hell he can squat 405 lbs for reps to full depth. Absolutely no way - zero chance of that happening right now.

The 355 was absolutely a good gym depth squat and I said I could get 405 for one rep 2 months ago. I didn’t say reps 6 months ago.

Again the 225 was a 45 degree angle a legal squat is 90 degrees. I am lower than Bumstead on his low squat pic with the 225. They are ridiculously low like I was literally trying to go as low as possible. That is not the standard for a squat. A squat is 90 degrees. The 355 was 90 degrees. And regardless my fucking knee just slipped again walking up the stairs into my house so I really dont give a fuck what you think of my squats. I know I am training my legs and making gains. Today preworkout

Strange how you keep talking about 225 ignoring I squatted 355 on video. You can subjectively argue depth all you want but I squated 355 on video mid December
