Lee is going to make a crazy transformation, he's looking to make a run for the Masters Olympia, being coached by Chris Acetto this will be interesting.
Agreed. At 50 his legs are still full and huge. His only drawback is his right side from the wreck/nerve damage, and his back which has always been his weak part and he has said as much. I love the dude as far as personality, physique, fuck you attitude, and his honesty. He's always been my favorite pro along with Ronnie and Fouad bcuz he was cool on Muscle Mayhem, and we got to watch him go from amateur to pro.
However, if this Masters thing actually happens, I think Milos (who loves to compete), will jump in and smoke everyone. He is still huge and like 8 weeks away from being show ready. I remember a few years ago when he did an after Mr. O show interview with RX's show with him, Chris, and Dave and they got him to lift his shirt to show his abs, and I was just like "HOLY SHIT!" That guy is always in shape still.
Blows my mind especially with his insane insulin protocols. Maybe insulin wasn't the downfall of tight waists? Maybe it is GH and/or 6K calorie diets doing it?
IDK, but can you imagine that much fucking food everyday? Especially when dieting and eating only clean food at maybe 4K cals? Fuck, I have IBS and only eat around 1500-2K cals (sometimes only 500 cuz I can't stand the pain I go through), am bloated all the time and on the pooper 6-8 times a day. I can't imagine what it's like for pros that say they eat 6+ meals a day and over 6,000 cals, They must take the most painful/hugest shits ever, all day, everyday.
On Brochat they talk like they only take 2-3 dumps a day. I don't get how that is possible with all that food. I guess tolerance to food is just as big of a deal as being a high responder to gear when it comes to being a pro open competitor,
