There are no primary care physicians accepting new patients here.
My HRT clinic dropped me for having high test levels while ignoring the 17 other flags on my bloodwork. I am looking for a Dr to read them now but based on my understanding my Crohn's is preventing proper absorption of vitamins and nutrients from my diet which in addition to gastric bleeding is causing mild anemia and edema. Either that or I have kidney failure or cancer which is why I need an actual Dr to check it out.
1) BULLSHIT! Unless you live in the sticks you can find a private GP that will take in a new patient. You will be at the end of the line as far as scheduling goes, but you can find one. If not, every major hospital company, here of which we have 5 or 6... top of my head...one of those has 4 massive hospitals, the university one has two major hospitals, and other has three. They all have ER's and Urgent Care facilities. Both of which in every state are required by law to see you whether you have insurance or not. If you have stuff like anemia and shitting blood going on, and if you can't pay it they will write it off. They will also refer you to a good GI dr. for your Chron's. They likely can get you samples for one or all of the many new Chrohn's/Colitis/IBS drugs. I highly doubt your anemia is caused by your Crohn's causing lack of absorption (I know a lot about this shit ...pardon the pun). I suspect that you "stuffing your face til you throw up to get big" is more likely the cause. If you eat 6-8K cals per day, but throw up every time you eat, then eat a little more. You are only taking in the amount of calories you held down. Is that so hard to figure out?
2) So all this time we've accused you based on statements YOU MADE, that you were all drugs, which YOU DENIED....and now you're tell us a FUCKING HRT CLINIC FIRED YOU AS A CLIENT 'for your test levels being too high LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL to the power of infinity.
-No Dr. likes to be lied to or learn you're doing shit beyond what they tell you to do. You obviously did both. HRT clinics will let you get away with a lot more than a regular Dr. will, as their goal is to not only sell their services, but to sell you their compounded bunk products.
-Your test levels were so high from whatever you did on the the side behind their back that they decided you were not worth the risk. HRT only clinics do not give a fuck about the rest of your bloodwork or problems that you created going against their protocol.
You have no one to blame for the predicament you are in but yourself. You really need to start taking people's advice on here, and give up your delusions of winning a trophy. When your GP, and an HRT clinic fire you, your insurance is likely going to drop you if that pattern continues. If your son is on your insurance, that means he'll be dropped too. Is all of this worth it to you dude???

for your son, if you even have to think about that last question. Go to an ER, complain of the pain you are in, get on the spot bloodwork from the physician while there, get referred to GI specialist while at the ER, and be insanely nice as well as honest with said GI Dr. so you can ask him to refer you to a new GP. Stop what you're doing, and let the GP put you on TRT only, and do not deviate from the dose he prescribes. In fact, I would suggest you be honest with him that you definitely have "bigorexia", and that you should get shots each week from his or her nursing staff so there is never a bottle of anything at your home.
Trying to be nice to you for a change...........I don't know why

Whether you take my advice, solve your issues, get a good dr,/drs., keep your insurance, and live to see 50 is up to you. You've gotten lots of great advice from others on here. Some of them I suspect actually are doctors/nurses/students by their terminology they use.....we used to have a few on here.
