I have no problem with the first part...hell i would have it to the 8th grade if it was up to me.  But requirements for school officals and guidance counselor reporting stuff is different.  Those should be private conversations and should only be disclosed to parents when its relevant.  Even private schools are upset about this.

I think that children shouldnt never be exposed , encouragedor sexualized at an early age, given hormones, etc.  They should have the opportunity to grow up and be kids ..run around and play etc.  Its really the parents that are doing this shit and are  trying to have it introduced...but there are a number of laws that prohibit this type of nonsense.  But it goes too far in preventing guidance counselors from doing their job
