The first time, march '21, pre-omicron it felt like a mild hangover.

The second case, january '22 knee deep in omicron, the "mild" version, I contemplated checking in to a hospital.

This is during the mild strain variant explosion. It hit me harder than delta. It's pure luck of the draw.

It's important to mention mortality rate in people under 45 are extremely low. Still, lots of otherwise healthy people suffered lung scaring, heart tissue damage, neurological damage etc.

Agree it's individual. My omicron was fairly mild. Worse than a cold for two days but far less severe than a flu. I took c, d, zinc, quercetin, and horse paste.
