It is a light flu if you are in shape or do not have comorbidities, or are not genetically predisposed to having it effect you.
For most, it is a light flu, even less.

I'm in very good shape, 34 y/o hovering around 10%bf both times I caught it. Zero comorbidities whatsoever, I rarely get sick.
The first time, march '21, pre-omicron it felt like a mild hangover.
The second case, january '22 knee deep in omicron, the "mild" version, I contemplated checking in to a hospital.
This is during the mild strain variant explosion. It hit me harder than delta. It's pure luck of the draw.
It's important to mention mortality rate in people under 45 are extremely low. Still, lots of otherwise healthy people suffered lung scaring, heart tissue damage, neurological damage etc.
