I wont lie, I have been really depressed and thinking that i might never compete again. Brian, your never say die attitude and your commitment to staying in shape has been awesome and its genuinely inspired me. ive been really motivated seeing you maintain your physique even after surgery, and you've shown me that there is no excuses. Ive lost 14lbs so far, im training hard again, and let me tell you......i am going to compete next year!!! keep up the amazing work. your a beast.
