hahaha thanks guys but that actually was me 3 years ago! maybe 200pds not even! You should've seen me when I started out! I was all but 150 pounds soak and wet with no fat at all just skin and some muscle shape. Now I bulge at close to 240 and can get into contest condition in a week if I want it. I just did cardio today for 30 min and lost a couple of percentage of bodyfat! Grin Soon you will see a physique far superior to any other naturals competing at the O! Shocked

its not him at all. look at his other pictures, they look nothing like these. unless he changed his torso size and muscle shape, they're different people.
