Bhanks, I didn't know you lived near the OBX? I own a house in Rodanthe but I rent it out most of the year. Never heard of this gym. Years ago I used to go to that spa place in Avon but Raise the bar fitness opened and its 24 hours so its great. I'll be down there in September we should get a bite. I'm a big fan of Kill Devil Grill and the Brewing Station.

230lbs at 511 with single digit bodyfat is pretty big. Random strangers says stuff to me about my size every single time I leave the house. I have cable veins on my forearms. The difference is you have been on a full cycle 500 mg of TRT which is a full cycle but in your twisted mind you call it TRT.

The normal 40 year old male on TRT is on 200 mg or less.

Jesus man anyone who's ever lifted with half decent genetics has experienced the same thing. Average gym rats are big to people who have never worked out. You would look like a twig next to an actual competitive bodybuilder
