Look at people’s pictures on a shit diet like Bhank’s through the years.

Bhank’s younger pictures his head isn’t bloated like this. 

I personally had to eat a lot of sodium/carbs and take more gear to get a big head when I was younger.

30 plus I see the bloat hitting people and by late 30’s it’s in full effect.

For men I’m thinking it has to do with estrogen creation or metabolism, but I don’t know.

5 o’clock Forearm Flex Friday. Last day commuting 2 hrs to work at 5 am will be remote feom home starting next week. Holding 225lbs despite working 3 Hard weeks will start pushing again next week once I am home and eating more with more sleep and time for training. Funny how most of this board is against actual bodybuilding all worried about a little fluid retention should be more worried about your ligaments and tendons than your cheeks
