Many of the best pieces of advice I have gotten have come from Getbig. I have a chest program on here which will at the least, get me to my genetic max. Which might be ok. But my point is - it's probably the best program around.

And criticism of my poor chest and how to fix it - I can live with.

But just the other day, I wanted to beat my max bench press, which was 345. So I loaded on 350 to do it, only to find out the plates were 20kg!!!

So...I ended up bench pressing 345, which remains my current max.  Oh well...

But ChristopherA - do you get why I would not want a person like Walter Sobchak, whose current lifetime bench press max is 235 - insulting my lifts?

I had no idea she deserved the mess she got into.

As for her showing up to my house - keep in mind I'm available because I don't work a 9-5. My friends know that, and I only met her last month, but she caught on fast.

Friends come to rely on me if it's like 4am, and they need a ride somewhere. And for the longest time, that's what most of my social time came from - just everyone knowing I'm around, and they could always stop by and hang out.

I also like Ronnie, seems so genuine. I admit, when he was Mr. O, I wasnt a fan.
I didnt "get it" (his speaking, way about him, etc). Thought it was a weird act.
Now I realize its just "Him" and he seems like a legit/good dude...
And I love "Strength" and he's one of the strongest in history... That documentary on him opened my eyes a bit.
