I remember starting on 10-15 mg dbol a day. Old school style was to start on low dosages, then adjust as you get more experienced. If you have the genetics, you'll see it from your response to the first few low dose cycles.

Now, guys go on the internet and follow random forumcels saying that test is a must on your first cycle, then they end up on something like 500 mg test, 500 mg deca and 50 mg anavar a day lol.

One of the crazier stories (unverified but entertaining nonetheless) is of Andy sitting in a parking lot in his car and some dillwad comes up to try to rob him... Andy pulled him into the car, beat the living shit out of him, and dumped punkboy out on the concrete in a bloody broken heap LOL

This one is less harmful (and verified) but a funny temper tantrum anyway.  Andy got into it with a trainer half his size (some little drunkard dude... man all the trainers in that gym were hardcore drunks for a while) because trainer drunkard was using several different machines all at once for a client.  Andy blew up at him and trainer drunkard goes to the gym owner to get everything cooled down.  The owner said "shit guys, I'm friends with both of you; you're both adults, you're gonna have to resolve that between yourselves."  and both drunkard and Andy grabbed all their stuff and said they weren't coming back again and stormed out like angry little kids hahahahahaaaa

Drunkard ended up moving to another state... Andy came back once in a while.

The prone position is a more stable and secure position because it takes longer to exhaust in that position because it's bone on bone.

To shoot using the standing position would render it less likely to kill on the first shot, making suffering of those executed more likely.
