After seeing what Jesus did with 5 loaves and 2 fish, I’d be excited to see what he could do with 2 small calves.

all I can tell you is that as far as I know, nobody in the history of the world has legitimately brought up lagging calves.

Agreed.  I thought this was true with every body part but Cutler seemed to bring up his back (or he created an illusion of a smaller waistline).

All we’ve  seen is  calves get worse.

Yeah I think pretty much everyone here agrees with that it’s been talked about many times over the years.  Are you looking to argue with someone about it?  Bhanks likes to argue and I’m sure he would try to convince you that he can bring his calves up dramatically by summer time.  Maybe message him about it.

I tell anyone with lagging calfs to do Bodyweight calf raises every other day and try to get up to 200 reps in one set. Do them strict full stretch and contraction till you can’t anymore then rest pause then little momentum bounces to get crazy high reps and I guarantee they will come up. And I just mean one set every other day and work up to crazy reps by adding a rep or two every time. And they will grow and look much better. Not a big believer in weight for calf’s.

Everytime I stop doing high rep Bodyweight calf raises and go to weighted my calfs don’t look as good but those high reps are brutal have a while.
