Phil Heath at his 2011/2012 form would beat flex, cutler at his 2001 and 2009 will beat flex also

Easily but only in that shape from early 93, even the Olympia that same year he was off his best and just got worse as he got heavier. 

Heath and Cutler were sub par to Yates era, Ronnie also beats them. they are both better than the last two winners though

Phil 2011/2012 is very hard to beat, I prefer flex 93 form but that wouldn’t beat Phil, Phil’s bigger, more conditioned, has every body part despite narrow but flex is also not very wide either
