Height makes a difference just a few inches in height changes the look immensely both those guys are considerably shorter than me if you are short measurements and weight go further

Again I was comparing the pics posted in which he has no legs at all I even removed my legs to compare. I admit his back is better as is his chest. As far as arms yeah in that pic my left looks bigger than his left his right looks bigger than my right and in that pic my forearms look better but yeah it is difficult to judge from 1 pic. Obviously at 234lbs he is going to be bigger in a lot of areas. I don’t have a belly in the pic my midsection absolutely looks tighter in the comparison pic.

If you want to bring up a lagging body part you have to grow which means adding weight which is what I have been working on obviously when you have brought them up you lean back out. I am leaning back out a little now.
