I do not disbelieve Meso.

I have been a trainer for 15 odd years and have measured alot of arms. I learned a long time ago looks can be deceiving. Plus, when ppl said he was lying about his lifts...he posted vids that proved his claims. And he has been around for a while and is not one to talk crap in general.

it's way too easy to fake arm measurements, the only way i'd believe it is we went to a store and bought a steel tape measure and i did the measuring then i'd believe it.

he actually didn't even prove the lifts, he showed some quarter cheat reps with 315 bb rows, some deads with 4 plates and a hitched dead with 495, some dips where you can't tell how much weight he's using and barbell curls with 165, a 45 and a 25 on each side of A 25LB. FIVE FOOT BAR.
