had a week to relect on the show .
option 1
take the rest of the year to try and get some tissue added without the stress of dieting and compete at the NW and Britain again next year

option 2
stay lean for the next 6-8 weeks and then go for the NABBA England on the 24th September which would qualify me for this years Universe (my original plan if I had made top six at Britain)
Only thing is the Universe is 5 weeks after the England show on the 28th October.

Pretty much means I will have dieted for around 10 months of this year.

Chances of me adding significant tissue now at 58 is pretty slim to zero.

Will most likely go with option 2

Go with option 2 if you can take it.  You're in shape already.....Refine everything and go for it in a few weeks.

I'm around your age....older actually.  Adding muscle, injuries, etc. come at a rapid pace and often.  lol

Good luck!

Dont know how you guys do it. I guess its part of the reason you are top amateurs.

After a few of weeks of dieting for me, relationships suffer, job performance decreases, energy crashes, mood worsens... nightmare.
