Somewhere on the internet I read that it is diminishing returns after 5 sets. I can't remember where I read it anymore. Might just be bro science. But ever since then I've just been in the habit of doing 5 working sets if I have enough time and 3 sets if I'm rushed for time.

My workouts this week will be uber gay.................I have probably slept about 6 hours in the last 5 days and it was broken sleep.

I had a fever for a few days ( I NEVER GET FEVERS.....WTF)...thought I might have had "Test Flu" or Covid.....wicked fucking headaches which is a rarity for me,no appetite, just eating any crap that somewhat appealed to me which wasn`t much,feeling weak and listless.

I normally feel like I`m a 21 year old kid.....as of late,I feel like I`m 90.

Was gonna` take the week off which I still may do but I haven`t missed a workout in months and hate to do so now as my new gear suppliers stuff is great, and I`m looking damn good right now.

We'll see how it goes...........right now,I feel terrible......totally unlike myself.

My mind says tough it out,but my body is saying you`re fucked pal,take a break.

If this keeps up I`ll go to see the doc.

Hack squat 1x20 (10 continuous then take as many breaths as needed to keep getting another rep till hit 20)
