It happened to me about two or three months ago I can do them again I’ve been going heavy again, but I couldn’t do them for almost 2 months. I had five plates on each side and I thought a rack to weight and I did it took my feet off and then it crashed down on my ribs, but I caught it with my feet like last minute, but I was pinned my knees or into my chest or my knees were behind my rib I think thank God two guys that I know one guy train with pulled it off, but I was sore for weeks
We had a leg press that had a slide bolt which separated the diamondplate platform to allow you to do each leg unilaterally.....but I need to get the jab to use it so fuck them.......great machine.

Panatta do a great one with two individual foot plates. You can adjust the seat so you slide in at max depth then use the hand and leg to get first one out. Great for high reps and a decent soreness today

Shouldnt they be bigger? You have taken GH, Test, Tren and other steroids and SC takes melatonin.

Wouldnt it make sense that you would be bigger? Or am I missing something?

If you put in work like you take pics maybe the gear would start kicking in........you look horrible.

Doing more varied training, more multi function movements, moderate poundages, few sets per bodypart.
Upper and lower body parts together some days

Great thing about early training is that everyone has somewhere to go so there is no chit chat or people fucking about on equipment

I am on nodding terms with a few members, thats it, havent spoke to anyone in weeks

Just felt right it was actually 8 sets if you count the warmups

I am not trying to kill the chest as I am planning a surgery within 3 months on it so just trying to maintain

i somehow injured one my rear delts...and let me tell you, its fuckin debilitating! in the gym and in everyday life. it fucks with every upper body exercise that i do.. i never knew the rear delts were involved so much as compared to others that ive tweaked over the years. its been fuckin impossible to train around.

So you are going to see an orthopedic and get an MRI then yes? Also take a week off everything to start then change your routine if a particular exercise bothers it drop that exercise until it doesn't.

I have not said anything but after I get my right pec repaired, I am going to have them look at the left shoulder again. You really can't train anything proper when the shoulder isn't stable.
