Growth happens through proper stimulation (for my arms that's more sets and reps, like giant sets and strip sets), and then eating enough calories to build and add on the muscle that was stimulatied through the proper training

The guys in the CFL are still good but it is not the NFL. Big 3 basketball is not the NBA they would still dunk on me. European basketball is not the NBA. Nabba is a 2nd rate EURO league. That doesn't mean they all suck but its not the NPC or the IFBB it's 2nd rate

I won my show and I looked good did the cameraman get a couple bad pics sure so what I looked good and I WON in a legit lineup of 3 and the other guys dig this also looked good. Obviously anyone can look bad in a pic but you have to be in shape to get a good pic and all 3 of us were in shape. You would have been 4th fucking place.
