In fairness they are ace. Hits the lats from armpit all the way down. We have a panatta one- its cracking, great range of motion and really smooth movement. Highly recommend. Finish off with straight pulls bent over flaring the lats out nice and slow is a great finisher too mate!

Sounds good mate I see some of the kit Nathan has in his gym on the Instagram and it looks unreal same with those ultra flex gyms must be great training there mate, ours is just a hammer strength one not as good as some that I’ve seen online but does the job still

Dude,I`m going into the hospital tomorrow....I have a cyst on my Pancreas.....put it off way too long.....been suffering like a muthafucker.....just hope it hasn`t gone malignant.

Been through a lot of shit in my life, but nothing compares to the initial pain of this BS,and the daily pain, though not as bad,is almost constant.........lost over 25 pounds and I was on a roll looking great 2 months ago.

Wish me luck my brother....I`m just a wee bit scared shitless!   :D
