Dude I can also bench 315lbs you act like you are the only one. I see you lifts I see what you post everything you are repping I can lift. You are not doing anything in your standard workouts I cant do. But yeah of course everyone wants to challenge me to a lift off after I diet down and get sick for a show just like everyone wants to talk about my abs when I am 230lbs.

At a bodyweight of 215lbs I can hit the same numbers you are hitting. Maybe I get a rep less but I can still lift the weight. I am li doing it with 1.5 pecs. Let me get my pec fixed then lets talk. I have hit 350lbs for a double after 2 pec tears at 3 pec tears I am pressing closer to 315 but let me get my pec fixed and a year of recovery and I will be benching more than you again

They are medications for health issues prescribed by doctor(s), he does not take them for bodybuilding purposes.

I am not on anything right now but still recovering from being sick. Also moving in September they just accepted our offer. Closing the 6th will get moved then surgery in October. It will be summertime before I am fully recovered. So SC can be the strongest I got a long rehab but I am pressing 315lbs actually more last max was 320lbs and that was with one and a half pecs. Let's see what I can do with a new Achilles tendon.

You cannot come close to a low bar 515.  You likely could not do 400 low bar based on your 420 high bar.  You're WAY off on this lift.

You cannot do 100 lb db for 10-15 on the incline.

Give it up man.

OI did 420 like my 3rd or 4th time evening trying a deadlift. I have been doing reps since. SC is a fake Natty. No I can not do 10-15 repos on incline with the 100s yes I can press the 100s. Again though torn fucking pec. I do not have 2 good pecs like SC but thats cool house is closing in 2 weeks will be getting surgery in October. I will be pressing more than SC once recovered.

Before I tore the pec for the 3rd time I pressed 350 for a double. I have a thrice torn pec. You don't think that effects your bench press? But whatever good for him I am excited to get my pec fixed. But you are comparing his lifts to someone who is injured. But that's cool soon I wont be able to bench press 100lbs because I am getting it fixed

For the last time, since you're not grasping it - you did a high handle hex/trap bar deadlift with 420.  He is doing a low handle hex/trap bar deadlift with 515.

The one you did is like a rack pull - it has it's place in training, but it's not a deadlift.  Your 420 would translate into the 335 range on the low handles, so he's doing almost 200lbs more than you.
